Established in 2000 as a new building adjacent to Hibbard Skilled Nursing, Main Street West offers 14 private assisted living apartments with full kitchens and bathrooms. Residents and their guests can also take advantage of our common living room, full service dining room as well as a smaller private gathering space that can be reserved for family celebrations such as birthdays.
